Meta has reported this issue is now resolved. Instagram Carousel posts are publishing as expected and we are no longer seeing related errors in our system. We will continue to monitor and provide updates accordingly.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Engage Publish where Instagram Carousel posts are failing to publish. We have notified Meta and they are actively working to resolve the issue.
