Due to a scheduled maintenance by one of our third-party server vendors, we will be taking the Media Intelligence Platform offline for four hours on Saturday, May 9th.
The impact expected is the following:
- Any application links in Newsletters or Shared Dashboards will be redirected to our Statuspage. - Instant notifications will be resumed once the platform is back up and will then be sent for any documents that were published during the maintenance. - Newsfeeds will be directed to our Statuspage. - Scheduled Newsletters & Outreaches will be sent once the maintenance is complete. - Digest Reports scheduled during this period will be sent once the maintenance is complete. - There will be a short impact of delayed content as we process the content that was published during the maintenance. - Scheduled posts in Engage will not be impacted.
